UPDATE, Part 1...

Here is the first part of my attempt to somewhat post what this years holidays included. After the weeks of being sick, taking finals, and putting up Christmas decorations we were all ready for the wonderful holidays and fun in store for us. We decided that we wanted to have our own Christmas in Omaha before we took off for Utah. (what is the point of wrapping presents and taking them in our already overly packed car and then just hauling them back home in a couple of weeks) So for Jantsen sake we let him know that Santa wanted to come early to our Omaha home because he didn't want to miss us.

It was a fun Christmas Eve on the 15th. We made sugar cookies and frosted them. (this was at about 10:30 at night, after my indoor soccer game)
Kyle and Jantsen wanted to write a letter to Santa and leave our cookies and chocolate milk out for him. Jantsen asked how Rudolf was feeling and wanted to make sure Santa knew that Jantsen was a good older brother to Kambryn.

Of course I was all into taking numerous pictures. I did get these matching PJ's and Kyle said that without a headband Kambryn looks like a boy. But she is our beautiful, short-haired baby girl!! It was hard finding matching PJ's for a boy and a girl at the last minute. But I think they look adorable. It was a great beginning to our memorable Christmas of 2007.

I love Christmas and I especially love Christmas tree lights at night, with all the other lights turned off, Christmas music playing, and snow outside. Man it is only January 13th and I can't wait for Christmas...agian!!
