Who was playing in the Superbowl?

It was Superbowl Sunday today. For the most part for me, the Superbowl usually consists of the following: a long game that usually is a blow-out, sometimes funny commercials that companies spend was too much money on just for a one minute blurb during a time-out, lots and lots and lots of junk food, and me falling asleep. Well this year was alittle different. We were invited over to our friends The Oliverson's house for the game. Of course most of the time the guys were in the living room watching the game and the girls were in the kitchen talking or watching the kids. We had a great time! The food(soup and breakstick) were so delicious, the game was exciting (at the end) and it was close, I didn't fall asleep, however, I wasn't all that impressed with the commercials. Oh well. But we did have a fun night, I didn't really pay much attention to the game except for the few really pretty amazing catches and maybe the last 2 minutes. Although I did want the Giants to do well, moslty because our friend Mitch Evers would do a fabulous girlie dance when something big happened! Ha! It was a fun night!

The kids were pretty good, only a minor few breakdowns, but they had fun playing together. Angie's girls are so cute and Jantsen had fun playing with them as well as with Jackson Evers. What fun friends we have out here in Village Green!

We also celebrated Derek's, Mitch's and Kyle's birthday. We loaded that cake with candles like
you wouldn't believe. Happy Birthday to each one of them within the next week.

Looks like you had a lot a fun watching, or not watching, the game...I only like to watch the commercials, but like you said, they were pretty disappointing this year!
