Jantsen had his last spring soccer game yesterday! And it was by far his best game of the year. I think my son is just alittle competitive. There was a little girl on the other team that is going to be the next Mia Hamm. She was so good. Well Jantsen wasn't about to let a girl beat him. As much as you can imagine a couple of 4 year olds going at it in a soccer game, well that was exactly how these 2 were. One time the little girl had the ball and was dribbling to goal and was about to score. When here comes Jantsen, running up behind her and does this amazing slide tackle (no idea where he learned to do that???) took the ball away from her (maybe used his hand for a second but we will forget about that) and then went down and scored a goal! The slide tackle was awesome and we was so excited!! Another time these 2 went at it, Jantsen had the ball and was dribbling down toward his goal, well this little girl was right beside him trying to take the ball away. She was totally grabbing and pulling on his arm and shirt the whole time. But Jantsen kept the ball and scored a goal even with a great defender all over him! I was so proud!

Jantsen has had such a fun time playing this spring! He is starting to really understand what he is suppose to do out on the field. I loved his little soccer team also! All of them were so much fun to watch. We didn't know half the team before we played but it turned out to be such a fun team and all the boys played great together! I can't wait until next season. I guess I should say that Jantsen can't wait till next season. but I can't wait either!
Sharks Team 2009: Christian, Kael, Mario, Romario, Jantsen. (Jack is on the ground in the other picture and Spencer was not at the game)

Don't you love soocer? Dylan had a game yesterday and scored two goals, and after each goal he did this really funny victory dance. It was hilarious and everyone who saw him was cracking up and we don't know where he got that from. I wish those two could be on the same team like in Omaha!
Jants, cpmpetitive? Where would he get that from? J/K! I am so sad that we don't get to see the games! That is one of the hardest things not being close to you guys! Love ya!
He sure is a Graham!!! that would be so fun to watch him, sounds like he is doing great! we'll watch him play someday in college...
looks like you guys are having fun and keeping busy! have a fun summer:)
I love it! I can't wait until Abby can start playing soccer. Right now she loves to watch my youngest sister's games she shouts "goal" at them the whole time.
What a little man. He's going to be so good. I miss soccer. I need to get in a league out here. Watching Jansen just isn't cutting it for me.
There something thrilling when your kids have a passion for something you love too. Hope you have great summer....despite the humidity!
