Well I am finally posting again! There are lots of things we have been up to these last few months, which I will hopefully catch up on (for journal purpose). But I also don't want to get further behind, so here are some recent things we have been doing.
1. Jantsen started Kindergarten!
I can't believe that he is already in elementary school. Out here in Omaha there is a Zoo kindergarten program that Jantsen fortunately was picked to be apart of. He gets to go to school at our amazing zoo. They still do most things that he would do in a normal school setting, but also gets to do behind the scene stuff at the zoo. He calls it "getting to go in the exits". (The places that other people can't go.) But he leaves each morning at 8:30 am and gets home at 3:00pm. That is 6.5 hours that he is not with me. Someone else has that much time (almost as much time during the day that I am with him) to influence him and teach him. I don't think I was ready for that part. But he seems to be doing just fine.
On the first day, the parents were able to come for an orientation and I don't think Jantsen even noticed that we were there. He was always the first in line, the first to sit at his desk, he was so eager to be at school. Kyle and I walked along at the back and just let him do his thing. He could have said bye to us back at the house and been totally fine. I just hope this enthusiasm of school will last through highschool when I am dragging him out of bed to make it to school on time.

I sure miss Jantsen while he is at school all day long but it has been nice to be able to spend a little time with just Kambryn and I think that Kambryn has loved the attention too.
Well Kyle also started school. Finally I can't believe that we are in our 3rd year of Law School. WOW! I really never thought we would be here. But it has gone so FAST! I can't believe that we have only about 8 months left of school. Law School will end in December and then he just has to finish up his MBA classes starting in Feb to May and then WE are (I should say HE is) DONE!
But I am most excited for his long break in December to February, especially because we have our little "baby" coming in Jan. I am almost half way there and I can't wait. Of course I can't wait to meet our little baby but especially to be done being pregnant.
Well hopefully I can update a little bit later about our trip to Minnesota and Jantsen's 5th birthday, and a little more of the summer. But at least I got this one done!
Oh yeah and by the way, IT"S A BOY!!!
He was a shy little guy. Covering up his face with his arms and hands and also keeping his legs crossed almost the entire time. It took about 20 minutes of trying to get the little guy to move so we could see what was there :). I can't wait for our baby boy!! I am so excited!

Yay! Another boy! You make em cute either way! And I totally remember how hard it was when Whit started going to school all day...that is SO long! And BTW...you are SO CUTE pregnant! I wish I were there to see you every day! miss you!
Congrats on another boy! That is so exciting! I can't believe you have a kindergartner...has it really been that long? Good luck with everything. Lots of exciting news!
Well there you go Janel!!! You will love that your hubby has a break...this three kids think is still kicking me even now...I always wondered what kept Heiner and Kathleen so busy, well you may be able to get it all done, but now, I really can't....it's crazy how that happens! And another boy close in age to Jantsen is the best! I always thought if I had boys, I would want them to be at the older end of the family! So way to go ( I will keep my girls though too...just can't have my boy be a prissy thing) Ok, I really hope you are doing well and hope all goes well these last few months!!! xoxo me

Congrats on another baby boy! The Zoo Kindergarten looks like so much fun. What a great learning opportunity.
The kids look adorable in those pictures as usual. I especially love the pic of Kambryn just hanging out against the tree! Can't wait to have another boy in the family.
i can't believe Jantsen is in kindergarten!! that is just crazy. he looks so cute and so happy at school. the zoo thing will be so fun for him

Jantsen looks so cute as a kindergartener!!! I wish Lexi was there to go with him. I can't believe our babies are growing up;) That is so exciting that you are having a boy!! We will have another arranged marriage! Miss you guys!!!

wow that is exciting congrats! One of these days I really will take the time to update my blog. I have fallen far behind. Dylan likes Kindergarten and it sure is a long day for him. He leaves at 8:30 and gets home around 4:30. By the way.. we will be in Utah for Christmas I don't know if you will (kinda close to yuor due date right?) I hope Dylan and Jantsen haven't already forgotten each other :(
Quick question... we are close to the same due date, are you going to get the swine flu shot? It is available to prego women later next week and I have mixed feelings but a prego woman just died and it is worse for women in their 3rd trimester. Let me know what you think. dsjag@hotmail.com
