Halloween...

Well here I am doing yet another update...the month of October. Well it kindof just flew by. Which I am happy about, not complaining...it just means that January will be here sooner, but still the month flew by!
Sometime near the middle of the month we lost our camera battery charger so I wasn't taking any pictures except for ones on Kyle's phone. So here is a shot of the kids and I when we went to the movies as a family. This morning we woke up to about 4 inches of snow and it was kindof exciting but of course the snow didn't last long. Well we took the kids to the movie "UP". Really cute!! I spent most of the time running Kambryn back and forth from the bathroom...we started potty training again. But Jantsen and Kyle enjoyed it.

A few weeks before Halloween we went and picked out some pumpkins to paint. It was kindof a last minute FHE but that's alright. It was fun.

I just LOVE holidays with my kiddos!

Finally the big Halloween weekend came!!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN 2009

We had lots of parties and fun activities to attend during the whole week.

*Wednesday Kambryn and I went to the Halloween Party during Music Time. (no pictures though)

*Friday we went to Jantsen's Halloween Party at his kindergarten. Kambryn and I tagged along with is class as the trick-or-treated around the zoo and then sat through their party. School Halloween Parties...so much fun as a kid!!

************

*Later that day we met Kyle at the Law School for a parade/trick-or-treating.

The kids always love going to Kyle's school. I think Kyle also likes having them there. Of course both Jantsen and Kambryn loved it because they got even more candy and were able to hang out with some friends too. Candy and Party and Friends and Dressing Up...what is not to like about Halloween!

***********

*Later that night we went to our ward truck-or-treat. It started to get REALLY cold so Kambryn and I hung out in the car (with the heater on) passing out our candy, while Kyle and Jantsen ran from car to car for the candy. We did get some delicious hot chocolate and doughnuts though so I wasn't complaining.

It was a long day for all of us but alot of fun too!

HALLOWEEN OCT. 31 2009

Trick-or-treating in Village Green is always an experience. So much fun but crazy at the same time. Again, it was so much fun with both kids. Hearing Kambryn say "Trick-or-treat thank-you" all in one breath was pretty funny. And all the reaction Jantsen got from his costume, HE was LOVING it. No one recognized him and he thought it was the coolest thing. We ended the night with some more doughnuts and cupcakes and hanging out with friends.

I am glad that we didn't buy a ton of candy this year, and that we gave out a lot of the kid's candy too. Now to plan the costumes for next year...3 kids. So fun!!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
