NEW MOON!!
Yes today is the day of the fabulous opening of the movie! And yes I have my midnight ticket. And yes I am going to wear my Team Edward accessories. And yes I am so excited! (I might be alittle nervous that I am going to be really tired while waiting in line and tomorrow is going to kill me...BUT It Is All Worth It!!)
To get into the New Moon spirit...or help a few people in our complex get in the same excitement that we have...my fellow Edward-loving partner-in-crime, Jenny, and I threw a New Moon Pre-Movie party on Tuesday night! Oh and all I have to say is OME! It was so much fun!
Here are some pictures of the Twilight Fans of Village Green at our fabulous party!
We had the New Moon Soundtrack playing, with magazines and the movie guide to look at. The food included:
Ice Cream Sundaes
-Edward "The Cold One" ice cream w/ waffle cones
Toppings:
-Jacob's 108 degree Hot Fudge
-Bella's Sweet Blood (strawberry syrup)
-Wolfpack Fur Coating (carmel)
-Isle Esme Whip Cream
and finally...
"Don't' Forget to Make it all Sparkle" (sprinkles)
We also served apples (of course) and dip, vampire bites cookies (homemade oreos) and "doggie treats" and "new moon" sugar cookies, and a nice red drink!
We played a few games that were a total hit.
Team Jacob vs. Team Edward.
We all had some mad skills during our pictionary game...especially Allie with "Italy" and the "airplane" and then Jenny Bleak with her "golden eyes". Too funny! And Congrats to KJ and Tiffeny for being the "Biggest Edward Fan" in the trivia game!

We had everyone dress in Red, Black or White which just added to the whole theme.
It was such a fun night and hopefully it got other people excited for the movie...I know I am excited and can't wait for tonight! We will be there at 8pm for our midnight showing! Can't wait! I am sure more pictures will come later.
(oh and now I feel guilty that New Moon has taken precedent over things that our family have done for the past few weeks! I will for sure get some fun picture up of my cute kids and husband! We went ice skating, FHE at the pizza machine, Kyle's flag football team are CHAMPIONS and Kambryn showing how much she loves the color pink.)

LOL! I just love ya! I'm so excited, as well. Scott is out of town and so I can't do the midnight showing, but I have tickets for tomorrow afternoon. :)
Okay, so you are a FREAK!!! I love it. I am also a huge fan of the Twilight saga. I couldn't go out last night because it was a school night and I would've given myself a big fat migraine, but I am going to the 9:30 showing tonight with some friends. I wish one of my friends would've put on an awesome party like you did. I'm glad you had fun. I heard that New Moon is way better than Twilight. What did you think? Talk to you later. P.S.
