Back to school...
Got my lunch packed up...
and my Boots tied tight....
I hope I don't get in a fight...

Well there he is.
Back to all-day school. 8am-2:15pm.
Back to outside influences
that I don't have control over,
making new friends,
and growing up.
But I am so excited for him!
Luckily, he is going to the same
elementary school where my mom teaches.
So she can check up on him throughout the day!
And this is what he wants to learn
in first grade. I am excited to watch him grow
this year and learn new things.

Yay for Jantsen!! I can't believe he is wearing a jacket, that blew me away. Our school is from 9-3:15 so I can see why Jants might need one. Wow, he looks so cute and he is getting so big, isn't it crazy! Hope Talan is doing okay, love ya!!!

I miss you too. i have loved checking on you through your blog. first of all...congrats on kyle's job! yeah!! kansas city will be a great place to live. {too bad it is not AZ} I love that city. you need to go to Oklahoma Joe's for some good bbq. I have a cousin who lives in KC in the townhouses where VGers have lived too. let me know if you want his number. Too bad you and kyle have to be apart. :(
I love your family pictures. Such a beautiful family. They turned out so good. Talan is so cute and all grown up! I miss your workouts! I have been going to a nearby gym hit & miss for yoga & a body pump class. Every time we are lifting weights i think, "i like janel's class better!" honestly. I did one of your workouts the other day and it kicked my butt (especially my core) I don't think my abs will ever be as toned without you, janel. looks like life in utah is treating you well. i am jealous whenever i see you wearing jeans :)

Hey Janel! Hope it is okay that I stalked your blog! I just wanted to say Hi, and tell you what a great house guest your husband has been!! We have loved having him here, and are excited when you guys can get things all figured out and be out here too! I feel for you guys having to be apart!
