Swim Lessons

The last two weeks the Kambryn and Jantsen were in swim lessons at the Scera Pool.

I put Jantsen in swim lessons when he was about 3 years old and it went terrible.

So I was nervous how Kambryn would do.

But I am so happy to say that she LOVED it.

My girl is a little fish!

By the end of the 2 weeks she was holding her breath, going under water and even attempting 

to get the swim motion down.

Yay for Kambryn. I am just glad she is comfortable in the water

without her floaties on and that she had a great time for her first

session of swim lessons.

She is still such a poser!

Jantsen already knew how to swim, for the most part.

But he wasn't very efficient in his swimming.

It made me tired just watching him swim. So I thought

he could use some lessons to make swimming easier on him.

 

He loved his teacher and had so much fun everyday.

He seemed to be learning the basic swim strokes and

breathing techniques so I was happy.

I think most of all he just loved

going off the diving board.

And doing tricks.

He was the only one in his class that did a

front flip off the diving board.

He landed a little on his back so

he didn't want to do it again so I could get a picture.

He loves the water and is getting so big.

We had open swim day last Friday and Jantsen

spent most of the day going down the water slides and 

jumping off the diving board.

It was weird to let him just go off by himself, 

while I watched Talan and Kambryn.

Talan hung out one day with us

at the pool too. 

He loves the water too.

Next summer it is your turn Talan!
