Happy Easter!

This Easter weekend was so wonderful. Many of the fun things we did included Easter egg hunts, coloring eggs, singing American Idol, and getting our Easter baskets and goodies. I admit I got wrapped up in the whole Easter Eggs, Bunny, Baskets, the whole shebang, and I was so excited for my kids to get their Easter Baskets and new outfits and everything, but truthfully I really didn't feel the total true happiness until I left our church building after our meetings today. What a wonderful feelting! I am grateful for the spirit that I felt all day today especially during our Sacrament meeting. They were such wonderful talks on the Savior and I appreciate each one so much! I was able to reflect on what the atonement means in my life and how I can make it apart of my life daily. I really want to be better as a wife, as a mother, as a daughter of God! There are so many emotions and thoughts and answers to prays that I have felt this day! I am so grateful for my Savior and I am especially grateful for the relationship I have with him and I strive to make it even closer and stronger. I am so glad I was able to celebrate and remember Christ's life, ministry, atonement and resurrection today and focus on the important things this time of year! What a happy and great day! Happy Easter!

You are so good Janel! Sadly all I got out of Easter Sunday was trying to stay awake! Eme fell asleep in my lap and that always makes me sleepy. Anyway, I love singing the songs and that is where I feel the spirit. I now that Eme takes a binkie I don't have her to compete with! The kids look so cute! I can't believe how Kambryn will still leave on her headbands so well! Emerson drives me crazy with that! I just posted some pictures and you will see she is only wearing the headbands in about 1/3 of the pictures. Not for my lack of trying!
