Jantsen Christmas Program: Christ Child Preschool Dec. 11th

December was just a whirl-wind of parties, traveling, presents, shopping, and so much more that I can't believe how fast that month went. After a 9 day visit to Utah for Thanksgiving, the kids and I flew back to Omaha for the next 9 days and then we went back out to Utah on Dec 12th. I can't believe I flew that much with my 2 kids in that short of a time frame. But they did great on all the flights and that was such a relief!
I had alot of people ask me why we even came back to Omaha for only 9 days and then just turn around and fly back out to Utah. Well Kyle and I are our ward activity Chair-people and so we were in charge of our annual ward Christmas Party and that was scheduled for Dec 6th. I guess I could have left it all up to Kyle to take care of feeding 250 people and 100lbs of non-cooked ham (and taking finals on top of all of that). But I decided to come back and help him out. The ward party turned out Fabulous and we had a great time planning it with all our committee members. It was a great way to start off all the holiday festivities we had planned for Dec.

Jantsen also had his preschool Christmas Program that we just HAD to be there for too. (we delayed our flights one day later in order to not miss the program) It was the night of Dec 11th and I am so glad that we stayed for this cute little Christmas Nativity Program that his preschool class put on. Jantsen played on the the 3 Wise Men and did a great job I would have to say! (all he had to do was walk on stage and put his little box down by the manger...but he did a fantastic job with doing that. They also sang a few carols which was just hilarious to listen to. All the kids were belting out all the words and doing all the actions. It was cute! He loves preschool and I am glad we were able to see a glimpse into his little world at preschool.

Jantsen and me after the program, Kyle and Kambryn watching Jantsen's awesome acting skills, Jantsen and his teacher Miss Katie, and Jantsen with his buddies Kael and Spencer.

ha ha I remember last years christ child program and Dylan scowling and folding his arms instead of participating! Luckily it looks like Jantsen had a better experience. And weren't you in charge of the same non-cooked ham thing last year? You must be ready for a different calling!

What a cute little guy... big guy! Can't believe how much he is growing up does it just make you want to cry? Goodjob flying with two kids so much last month! Even if they are both good it's still a little stressful. That's awesome.
I am the activity chair in our ward to! and it has been a lot of fun, what a fun calling huh?!
