4 years and a month

 (I seriously can not get her to be normal for a picture. 

She comes up with these poses all by herself and refuses 

to stand and smile normally.)

Yesterday I took Kambryn to her 4 year check up. She is deathly afraid of getting "pokes" (shots) and was trying everything she could before we left to convince me that she was healthy and didn't need to go. I promised her that I would be right next to her the whole time and I wouldn't let them give her a shot. Once we finally were called back to our room, she was as hyper as can be. I think her nerves and trying to play it cool turned her into some hyper child. (she might have even let out a little TOOT right in front of the doctor...and then just laughed about it.  How embarrassing, but I guess I laughed too.)

When they tested her vision a little "Kambryn Sass" came out.  The nurse first brought the poster that had some shapes on it to make sure Kambryn knew the shapes.  So she asked Kambryn to tell her what these 10 different shapes were.  Well then the nurse backed up like 30 feet and pointed to the shapes again and asked Kambryn what the shapes were. 

Her first response was "Aaagggainnnn?"  

I said "Yeah just tell the nurse what that shape is."

Then she looked back at the nurse and said in the sassiest voice, "That one is STILL a circle."

Sorry nice kind nurse that you have to deal with my cute, but totally sassy 16 year old, I mean 4 year old.

(Date with mom to see the play Cinderella.  She accessorized her outfit pretty well I would say.)

**So here is a little about Kambryn at 4 years old**

Height : 43.5 in (98%)

Weight: 43 lbs (91%)

(at least she is ginormously proportionate)

*Asks to wear a dress EVERY single day!

*Obsessed with everything girlie. Nail Polish, Shoes, Purses, Barbies, Princesses, Dresses, Pink, Purple, Jewelry, Posing, Dancing, having "Tea Potts" (tea parties), Dolls, etc...

*I love that you are obsessed with it all though! It makes me smile.

*The only thing not girlie, You Burp All The Time! Especially at the dinner table.

*When I am wearing something or a pair of shoes that you really like, you tell me that when you grow up, you and I are going to share the shoes, or the shirt, or the jewelry, or my make-up.  Please stay little though! *Your hair is getting so long. You tell everyone that you have Rapunzel hair.

*You love playing with Jantsen and you love mothering Talan. You are such a great sister to them both.

*Loves watching Disney movies. I can't even tell you your favorite because each day it switches to something different.

*Poppy seed muffins from Costco are your favorite thing to eat.

*You love to dance. You have such a perfect ballet dancers body. So long and lean. You love pointing your toes!

*You are not shy at all. I thought you were going to be a timid girl but oh no, you are quick to say what is on your mind.

*Being outside is your favorite thing. Riding your bike, playing in the sprinklers, blowing bubbles, drawing with sidewalk chalk, splashing in rain puddles (even when you are wearing your favorite skirt, nice sweater and rain boots)

*You love life!

(One story: We all went to a KC Royals baseball game. You came with me to get some food for everyone. While we were waiting in line you were dancing and entertaining the crowd. But you weren't doing it just for show, you were doing it because you are just a carefree kid. I love it. The guy behind us in line even gave you a dollar because he thought you were just the cutest little girl.)
