The time has come for us to try and sell our little townhome here in Omaha and move on to bigger things. I am not going to say Bigger and Better things...because right now being in Omaha seems better for me...but we will see. Things happen for a reason and we will go where we are suppose to go and we will be blessed. I know that but I think right now I am just delaying being Okay With It!
Well so here is a little blog I put together to get the word out to sell our home. So if anyone is interested or coming out to Creighton for school or just moving to Omaha...because everyone wants to live in Nebraska...no really it is such a fun place and we have had a wonderful experience these last 3 years. But if you know anyone or if you are blog stalking or whatever or if you just want to see what our house looks like for the heck of it...visit our blog. http://www.174arborvillagegreen.blogspot.com/
As for the rest of the things we have been up too...just busy with moving on with life. Graduation was last week for Kyle, we had visitors which was wonderful, Jantsen has his zoo kindergarten graduation on Thursday, and still trying to figure out what the future holds. Oh and we had to say goodbye to ALOT of great friends over the weekend. Good luck to you all with new jobs, new homes, and the next stage in life! We will always have Village Green!!!

Hey Janel...I just looked at your house blog...no we are not needing to move to Omaha, but just verifying the price? is it really just $33,500? or should it be $133,500? Just wondering. :) Cute place!
no it is really $33,500. It use to be a co-op housing. It is really hard to find a bank that will give a loan to these houses...so you have to have a rich relative and pay for it all at once....
I can't believe Kyle is all done! Yahoo! I can't wait for you guys to get to Utah. That Talan looks so cute in this picture. He is getting way too big. Tell him to stop growing until I see him. Way to go Kyle!
True about the rich relatives(for us it was a small town bank dumb enough to give us a loan and let us pay interest only for 3 years:)! But anyways...congrats Kyle! Bret and I know how hard it is to get 2 humongous degrees...but now we are finding out a year later how worth it it is(yep a whole year...hopefully shorter for you:)! We wish you tons of luck...but the truth is, you don't need it! You have got Janel, God and the cutest family ever on your side!
Your house is so cute. I love the way you decorate.
Hang in there Janel! I hate the way my heart felt this time last year, new baby, new life in NC, and missing so many wonderful people and visiting with them constantly! You will be missed, but whoever gets you for a neighbor, will be the luckiest people ever! Good luck with everything!
xoxo me

AND congrats Kyle, we are so happy for you!!!
Goodluck selling! I can still remember so well talking you into Village Green, wasn't very hard was it?! I still miss it all the time and wonder what it would be like if we still lived in Omaha. Guess it wouldn't be the same not living in VG though. Your children look beautiful! I can't believe you have three! How is it? You look amazing as always, have a great summer!
