I really have full intent on being more dedicated to blogging, mainly because it is my journal. One night I was blog hopping, which I do a lot and Kyle makes fun of me a lot (but I always make fun of him for reading those silly message boards on sports sites, or whatever they are). But anyways, so I came across a family blog that I had read maybe a year ago. They had lost their daughter in an accident. In one of her posts (after the accident) she said that a lot of people have asked her "What would you have done different" before the accident. And she said there are lots of things that she would have done more of... but one that particularly stood out to me:
*Take more pictures and get the video camera out more.
Her favorite thing to see are pictures and especially videos of her daughter.
and she also said to write about everything your kid does!!

I am grateful I haven't had a horrible thing happen for me to realize how important my time is with my kids. But I am especially thankful that I came across that blog post to get back into capturing and remembering the little things my kids do each day that bring me joy, frustration, patience, and love as their mom.
So as I for the billionth time...rededicate myself to blogging, I am going to try and update what has been going on with each kid, as I also try to capture things that are going on now.

I'm pretty good at the whole picture thing, but I realized the other day that I have tonz of video of Carter and hardly any of the other two. I need to get my butt in gear too! Love ya!!!
Ok love the picture...that is one of the greatest things ever! I hope you are feeling better! I cant imagine that surprise along with a new job and new place to live! Crazy!
